The traditional method for discharging ballast water by using compressed air is changed into a method for discharging water and feeding water by partially discharging water by using compressed air and partially driving a telescopic closed small and medium-sized tank to stretch and retract by using a hydraulic jack; the small tank is an N-times expanded plate of a telescopic cylinder of the hydraulic jack without the central ejector rod; the jack is mounted in the small tank and is connected up and down, and the telescopic tank is mounted in the water ballast space; the telescopic tank can be used as a gas storage bottle and can also be used as a layer of protective armor; the jack drives the large-size empty tank to stretch out and draw back to drain water and feed water, the lever amplification effect can be achieved, the submarine can float and sink more quickly, and the submarine is more stable and mute.

    本发明公开一种潜艇快速浮沉法及装置,属船舶制造技术领域;它是把传统的全部用压缩空气排压载水的方法换成一种:部分由压缩空气排水加上部分由液压千斤顶驱动一种可伸缩的密闭中小罐伸缩来实现排水和进水;小罐是没有中心顶杆的液压千斤顶的伸缩筒的扩大N倍版;千斤顶安装在小罐内,上下各自连接,伸缩罐安装在压载水舱内;伸缩罐可作储气瓶用,也可作为一层防护装甲;这种由千斤顶带动大体积空罐伸缩来排水和进水,能起到杠杆放大效果,让潜艇能更快速地浮沉,且更稳定,更静音。
