The invention discloses a hoisting device for electromechanical equipment in a narrow space, which is characterized by comprising a base frame, a lifting mechanism and a transmission mechanism, the base frame comprises a cross beam, a screw rod and side frames, the middle part of the cross beam is slidably clamped with the two side frames, the top ends of the two side frames are meshed with the screw rod, the lifting mechanism is positioned on the inner sides of the side frames, and the lifting mechanism comprises a rack and a gear; the two racks are located on the two sides in the side frame in a sliding clamping mode, the gears are correspondingly meshed with the racks, and the transmission mechanism is in transmission connection with the gears. By adjusting the two side frames, the loading table is clamped below the electromechanical equipment or at a stress point, then the electromechanical equipment is fixed, the transmission mechanism enables the gear to drive the rack to move up and down, hoisting work is completed, and the device is simple in structure and can be used in a narrow space; the self-locking performance is achieved through meshing of the worm gear and the worm, that is, the worm gear cannot drive the worm to rotate, and then in the lifting process, if the servo motor is suddenly powered off, the electromechanical equipment is still located at the lifting position.

    本发明公开了一种用于狭窄空间机电设备的起吊装置,其特征在于:包括基架、升降机构和传动机构,基架包括横梁、丝杆和侧架,横梁的中部滑动卡接两个侧架,两个侧架的顶端啮合丝杆,升降机构位于侧架内侧,升降机构包括齿条和齿轮,齿条设置有两个,位于侧架内部的两侧滑动卡接,齿轮与齿条对应啮合,传动机构与齿轮传动连接;通过调节两个侧架使载重台卡接在机电设备的下方或受力点,继而固定机电设备,传动机构使齿轮带动齿条上下移动,完成起吊工作,此装置结构简单,可用于狭窄空间;通过蜗轮与蜗杆的啮合具有自锁性能,即蜗轮无法带动蜗杆转动,继而在起重过程中,若出现伺服电机突然断电情况,机电设备仍处于起吊位置。
