Measurement can be started by pressing a measurement starting button on the vehicle-mounted rail intelligent detection platform, manual adjustment is not needed during whole-process automatic measurement, and distance data of trackside signal equipment are obtained in real time along with movement of the rail detection vehicle. According to the invention, the gauge compensation module is added, so that the measurement error caused by vehicle vibration is reduced, and the gauge measurement precision is theoretically improved.

    本发明公开了一种轨旁信号设备限界检测补偿系统,本发明用于轨旁信号设备限界检测时,只需在测量开始时调整好AI相机和激光雷达的位置与角度,将AI相机与激光雷达调整至与各轨旁信号设备相持平的高度,在车载轨道智慧检测平台按下开始测量按钮即可开始测量,全程自动测量无需手动调整,随着轨检车的移动实时获取轨旁信号设备的距离数据。本发明增加了限界补偿模块,减少由于车辆振动产生的测量误差,理论上提高了限界测量的精度。
