The invention discloses an automobile HVAC system noise reduction method based on transfer function matching. The automobile HVAC system noise reduction method comprises the following steps that (1) a bench constrains a boundary; 2) identifying front-end frequency response functions of water inlet and outlet pipelines and a noise spectrum of a near-field position; (3) identifying a frequency response function of the central point of the evaporator shell and a noise spectrum of a near-field position; 4) identifying a firewall metal plate frequency response function under the boundary of the whole vehicle; 5) comparing frequency domains, and recording the frequency of a coupling peak value; 6) identifying frequency-domain-based noise transfer functions from the front ends of water inlet and outlet pipelines of the boundary of the whole vehicle to ears of a main driver and an auxiliary driver in the vehicle; and 7) comparing the curve peak frequencies, recording the frequency of the coupling peak, and performing frequency avoiding processing on the frequency of the coupling peak. According to the HVAC assembly monomer vibration and noise transfer function test method, on the basis of an existing attenuation structure, through modal control and matching of a water inlet pipeline, a water outlet pipeline, a firewall metal plate and an HVAC shell, the problem of vehicle abnormal noise caused by vibration transfer of a water inlet metal pipe and a water outlet metal pipe is solved.
本发明揭示了一种基于传递函数匹配的汽车HVAC系统降噪方法,包括以下步骤:1)台架约束边界;2)识别进、出水管路前端频率响应函数以及近场位置的噪声频谱;3)识别蒸发器壳体中心点频率响应函数以及近场位置的噪声频谱;4)识别整车边界下防火墙钣金频率响应函数;5)频域进行对比,记录耦合峰值的频率;6)识别整车边界进、出水管路前端到车内主、副驾人耳处基于频域的噪声传递函数;7)曲线峰值频率进行对比,记录耦合峰值的频率,对耦合峰值频率进行避频处理。本发明是一种HVAC总成单体振动和噪声传递函数测试方法,在基于已有衰减结构的基础上,通过对进、出水管路、防火墙钣金及HVAC壳体模态控制和匹配,解决因进、出水金属管振动传递导致的整车异常噪声问题。
