The invention discloses an independent steering mechanism for a steer-by-wire automobile, and provides a specific feasible structure scheme for a four-wheel independent steering electric automobile, the steering mechanism comprises a power unit, a transmission unit and an execution unit, the power unit is a permanent magnet synchronous motor, the transmission unit is composed of a worm gear lead screw speed reducer and a connecting rod mechanism, and the execution unit is composed of a worm gear lead screw speed reducer and a worm gear lead screw speed reducer. The execution unit comprises a steering knuckle, a hub motor, a suspension assembly and a brake assembly, a connecting rod mechanism in the transmission unit is arranged to be reasonable in rod length, the turning angle of a steering execution mechanism can be flexibly changed between-90 degrees and 45 degrees, and then four different driving modes of normal driving, oblique driving, transverse driving and in-situ turning of an automobile are achieved; and the phenomenon that the tire cannot maintain a given rotation angle when being subjected to a relatively large external force can be prevented. The invention provides a safe and reliable hardware scheme for the four-wheel independent steer-by-wire electric automobile, and is of great significance to the development and research of the four-wheel independent steer-by-wire electric automobile.

    本发明公开了一种用于线控转向汽车的独立转向机构,为四轮独立转向电动汽车提供了一种具体的可行结构方案,转向机构包括动力单元、传动单元与执行单元,其中动力单元为永磁同步电机,传动单元由蜗轮丝杆减速器和连杆机构组成,执行单元包括转向节、轮毂电机、悬架总成、刹车总成,传动单元中的连杆机构通过设置合理杆长,能够实现转向执行机构的转角在‑90°~45°之间灵活变动,进而实现汽车正常行驶、斜行、横行、原地转圈四种不同的驾驶模式,由于蜗轮丝杆的自锁性,能防止轮胎受到较大外力时不能维持给定转角的现象。本发明为四轮独立线控转向电动汽车提供了安全可靠的硬件方案,且对其发展和研究有重要意义。
