The invention discloses a three-dimensional braided composite material carbon-based sliding plate and a preparation method thereof.The preparation method comprises the steps that carbon fibers and copper wires are mixed and braided into a composite three-dimensional braided body with a porous cross section through a three-dimensional braiding technology, holes are filled with a mixture of graphite powder and copper powder or copper-plated graphite powder, and a prefabricated body is prepared; and carrying out chemical vapor deposition, resin impregnation curing, carbonization and heat treatment on the preform subjected to heat treatment to obtain the three-dimensional woven composite material carbon-based slide plate. The three-dimensional woven composite material carbon-based slide plate has relatively higher mechanical properties, high conductivity, low resistivity and high wear resistance, and can be better applied to rail traffic vehicles as a pantograph slide plate material.
本发明公开了一种三维编织复合材料碳基滑板及其制备方法,制备方法包括将碳纤维与铜丝通过三维编织工艺混合编成横截面为多孔状的复合三维编织体,在孔洞中填充石墨粉和铜粉的混合物或镀铜石墨粉制备成预制体,将热处理后的预制体进行化学气相沉积、树脂浸渍固化、碳化和热处理,得到三维编织复合材料碳基滑板。本发明的三维编织复合材料碳基滑板具有相对更高的力学性能、高导电性、低电阻率和高耐磨损性能,可以更好地应用于轨交车辆作为受电弓滑板材料。
