The invention discloses a shared bicycle standard parking method and system based on an electronic fence, and the method comprises the steps: carrying out the planning of the electronic fence of a shared bicycle: carrying out the clustering of the parking demand points of the shared bicycle through the distance between the parking demand points in order to search a proper position of the electronic fence of the shared bicycle in combination with an improved K-means algorithm, dividing the points with the close distance into the same cluster, and carrying out the clustering of the parking demand points; the center point position of the cluster is the electronic fence position, and the size of the cluster determines the size of the fence; setting the capacity of the electronic fences of the shared bicycles: determining the actual capacity of each electronic fence according to the total number of the shared bicycles, the parking demand and the size of the actual available area of the electronic fence; and electronic fence parking management and guidance: realizing standard parking of the shared bicycles in combination with a shared bicycle intelligent operation management service system. According to the method, the electronic fence planning of the shared bicycles better meets the parking requirement, the problems of disordered parking, excessive stacking, road occupation and the like are effectively solved, and therefore the rationality of the electronic fence planning is improved.

    本发明公开了一种基于电子围栏的共享单车规范停车方法及系统,包括共享单车电子围栏规划:结合改进的K‑means算法,为寻找共享单车电子围栏合适位置,利用共享单车停车需求点之间的距离对其进行聚类,距离相近的点被划入同一簇中,簇的中心点位置即为电子围栏位置,簇的大小决定围栏大小;共享单车电子围栏容量设定:根据共享单车总车辆数、停车需求、电子围栏实际可用区域大小确定每个电子围栏的实际容量;电子围栏停放管理及引导:结合共享单车智能运营管理服务系统实现共享单车规范停放。本方法使得共享单车电子围栏规划更加贴合停车需求,有效改善乱停乱放、超量堆放、挤占道路等问题,从而提高电子围栏规划的合理性。
