The invention provides a piezoelectric-electromagnetic composite energy harvesting vehicle suspension component which comprises a hydraulic rod installed on a vehicle suspension system, the hydraulic rod is provided with a wafer magnet and a coil spring, and part of the coil spring surrounds the wafer magnet; the energy harvesting unit is arranged on the hydraulic rod, the coil spring surrounds the exterior of the energy harvesting unit, the energy harvesting unit comprises a piezoelectric disc fixed to the hydraulic rod and a plurality of piezoelectric patches arranged in the circumferential direction of the piezoelectric disc, and rectangular magnets are arranged on the piezoelectric patches. According to the piezoelectric-electromagnetic composite energy harvesting vehicle suspension part, the rectangular magnet and the wafer magnet interact to enable the piezoelectric plate to deform, meanwhile, the coil spring serves as a coil and generates relative displacement with the wafer magnet, and the purpose that the mechanical energy collecting efficiency of the vehicle suspension part is improved through an electromagnetic mechanism and a piezoelectric mechanism is achieved.

    本发明提供了一种压电‑电磁复合俘能的车辆悬挂部件,该压电‑电磁复合俘能的车辆悬挂部件包括:液压杆,安装于车辆悬挂系统,所述液压杆上设有圆片磁铁和线圈弹簧,部分所述线圈弹簧围构在所述圆片磁铁外;俘能单元,设于所述液压杆上且所述线圈弹簧围绕在所述俘能单元的外部,所述俘能单元包括固定在所述液压杆上的压电盘,以及沿所述压电盘圆周方向布置的多个压电片,所述压电片上设有矩形磁铁。本发明的压电‑电磁复合俘能的车辆悬挂部件,矩形磁铁和圆片磁铁相互作用使压电片产生形变,同时,线圈弹簧用作线圈,并与圆片磁铁产生相对位移,达到利用电磁机制和压电机制来提高对车辆悬挂部件机械能收集的效率。
