According to the reconfigurable robot and the deformation mechanism, by means of adjustment of the front swing arm and the rear swing arm, the robot can adjust the motion posture according to the site situation and adapt to the complex site environment, and by means of the modular structural design, the universal holder, the control module and the swing arm structure can quickly form a small search and rescue robot.
