According to the technical scheme, the ratio of the thickness of the center of a tire crown to the thickness of a tire shoulder of the wide-body vehicle tire is 70-80%; the width ratio of the first belted layer to the tire tread is 58-65%; the widths of the four belted layers are the width of the second belted layer, the width of the third belted layer, the width of the first belted layer and the width of the fourth belted layer in sequence from large to small, and the distance between the end point of the second belted layer and the end point of the first belted layer located on the same side of the tire is 6-10% of the width of a driving face; the distance between the end point of the third belted layer and the end point of the second belted layer on the same side of the tire is 3-6% of the width of the driving surface; and the distance between the end point of the No.4 belted layer and the end point of the No.3 belted layer on the same side of the tire is 6-8% of the width of the driving surface. According to the invention, the thickness of the tire crown and the tire shoulder and the ratio standard of the belted layer and the driving surface are designed, the differential design requirement of the belted layer is increased, and the durability of the tire is improved.

    本发明公开了一种改善胎肩耐久性能的宽体车轮胎,属于轮胎技术领域。其技术方案为:所述宽体车轮胎的胎冠中心厚度与胎肩厚度比为70‑80%;一号带束层与轮胎行驶面的宽度比为58‑65%;四层带束层的宽度由大到小依次为二号带束层、三号带束层、一号带束层和四号带束层宽度,且位于轮胎同一侧的二号带束层端点与一号带束层端点的距离为行驶面宽度的6‑10%;位于轮胎同一侧的三号带束层端点与二号带束层端点的距离为行驶面宽度的3‑6%;位于轮胎同一侧的四号带束层端点与三号带束层端点的距离为行驶面宽度的6‑8%。本发明设计了胎冠与胎肩厚度及带束层与行驶面的比值标准,增加了带束层差级设计要求,提高了轮胎的耐久性能。
