The invention discloses a modularized multi-working-condition unmanned aerial vehicle spraying device and a working method thereof.The modularized multi-working-condition unmanned aerial vehicle spraying device comprises a ground conveying trolley, a supporting structure, a spraying agent box set, a battery box set, a miniature booster pump and a self-adaptive spraying mechanism, and the supporting structure, the spraying agent box set, the battery box set, the miniature booster pump and the self-adaptive spraying mechanism are detachably installed on an unmanned aerial vehicle; the spraying agent box set, the battery box set, the micro booster pump and the self-adaptive spraying mechanism are arranged on vacancies on the undercarriage through supporting structures, the spraying agent box set and the battery box set are both of modular structures, the self-adaptive spraying mechanism is connected with the spraying agent box set through the micro booster pump, and the unmanned aerial vehicle and the self-adaptive spraying mechanism are in electric signal connection with the battery box set. And the self-adaptive spraying mechanism is detachably connected with the ground conveying trolley. Flexible switching between linkage and independent work of the unmanned aerial vehicle and the ground conveying trolley can be achieved, high-altitude spraying operation with multi-working-condition fusion can be completed, efficiency is greatly improved, and the applicability of the unmanned aerial vehicle spraying device is improved.

    本发明公开了一种模块化多工况无人机喷射装置及其工作方法,装置包括地面输送小车以及可拆卸式安装于无人机上的支撑结构、喷剂箱组、电池箱组、微型增压泵、自适应喷射机构,支撑结构与无人机下部的起落架连接,喷剂箱组、电池箱组、微型增压泵、自适应喷射机构分别通过支撑结构设置于起落架上的空位,喷剂箱组、电池箱组均为模块化结构,自适应喷射机构通过微型增压泵与喷剂箱组连接,无人机和自适应喷射机构分别与电池箱组电信号连接,自适应喷射机构与地面输送小车可拆卸式连接。本发明能够实现无人机与地面输送小车联动与单独工作的灵活切换,可完成多工况融合的高空喷射作业,大大提高了效率,改善无人机喷射装置的适用性。
