The present invention is provided with: a remaining power storage amount acquisition unit (604) that acquires the remaining power storage amount (SOC) of a battery (80) that supplies power for travel of a vehicle; a first distance calculation unit (602) that calculates a first distance (D1), which is a distance at which the vehicle can travel, on the basis of the value of the remaining power storage amount; a target temperature calculation unit (605) that calculates a target temperature (TBO) of the battery when charging of the battery is started; a second distance calculation unit (603) that calculates a second distance (D2), which is a travel distance taking into account a preceding battery temperature adjustment time required for the temperature of the battery to become a target temperature; and an inquiry determination unit (601) that, when the amount of power (Qa) that can be used for the travel of the vehicle is equal to or less than the reference amount of power (Q1), determines the occupant to inquire which of all chargeable places (CG) at which the distance from the current position of the vehicle is equal to or greater than the second distance (D2) and equal to or less than the first distance (D1).
