The invention provides an automatic defogging control method and device, a vehicle and a storage medium. The method comprises the steps that the inner surface temperature of a front windshield and the air dew point temperature of the environment where the outer surface of the front windshield is located are determined; determining an actual fogging risk value according to the inner surface temperature and the air dew point temperature; and according to the actual fogging risk value, whether the front windshield is controlled to enter a defogging mode or not is determined. According to the technical scheme, whether the front windshield enters the defogging mode or not can be controlled by determining the actual fogging risk value, defogging can be automatically carried out, and the driving safety can be improved.
