The invention aims to provide an electricity-hydrogen composite energy charging station optimization scheduling strategy based on energy charging decision prediction, and the strategy comprises the steps: firstly, making a corresponding energy charging strategy for a new energy vehicle; two charging schemes are designed for an electric vehicle user for selection, consumption behaviors are adjusted through electricity price excitation guidance, a Weber-Fechner (W-F) excitation response decision model based on psychology is established, and the selection behaviors of the charging schemes of the driver are reasonably described. Afterwards, the interests of the user side and the energy supply side are comprehensively considered, the operation income of the electricity-hydrogen composite energy charging station and the queuing time of the user serve as objective functions, and an NSGA-II algorithm is adopted to solve the multi-objective problem.

    本发明的目的在于提供基于充能决策预测的电‑氢复合充能站优化调度策略,首先,为新能源汽车制定了相应的充能策略。其中,对电动汽车用户设计了两种充电方案供其选择,通过电价激励引导用调整消费行为,并建立基于心理学的韦伯‑费希纳(Weber‑Fechner,W‑F)激励响应决策模型,合理描述驾驶员充电方案的选择行为。随后,综合考虑用户侧于供能侧双方利益,以电‑氢复合充能站的运营收益以及用户的排队时间为目标函数,采用NSGA‑Ⅱ算法对该多目标问题进行求解。
