The invention discloses a crane hoisting intelligent planning early warning method which comprises the following steps: acquiring and calibrating environmental data, setting limiting conditions, screening cranes meeting requirements, calculating a planning path by combining the acquired environmental data and the limiting conditions, acquiring position data of each structure of the cranes, and carrying out early warning. The operation data of the crane is processed according to the position data, the environment data and the limiting conditions, the crane is controlled to work, and the processing and control method comprises the steps of carrying out an anti-collision algorithm on hoisting, outputting the operation data and carrying out progress analysis in combination with a project plan. By collecting environment data and analyzing, pre-judging and processing collision on the crane and the environment, hoisting analysis is more comprehensive, due to support of related data and algorithms, the operation process has more accurate operation data, and related construction risks are predicted in advance through the algorithms. And the situation that the crane is easy to collide with the tower crane due to the overlong crane arm lever and the overlong hook steel wire rope is avoided.

    本发明公开了一种起重机吊装智能规划预警方法,包括采集并校准环境数据,并设置限制条件,筛选符合要求的起重机,结合采集的环境数据和限制条件计算规划路径,采集起重机各结构的位置数据,根据位置数据、环境数据、限制条件处理起重机的运行数据,并控制起重机工作,其中处理及控制的方法包括吊装的防碰撞算法,输出运行数据,结合项目计划进行进度分析。通过采集环境数据,并对起重机及环境进行分析,预判并处理碰撞,使吊装分析更全面,因有相关数据和算法的支持,运行过程拥有更精确的运行数据,通过算法提前预测相关施工风险。避免了因起重机臂杆过长、吊钩钢丝绳过长,易与塔吊发生碰撞的情况。
