The invention relates to a hybrid electric vehicle thermal management system and a vehicle, the hybrid electric vehicle thermal management system comprises an air-conditioning system and a battery heat cycle, the air-conditioning system comprises an external heat exchanger and an internal heat exchanger used for refrigerating or heating the interior of the vehicle, and a compressor, the external heat exchanger, an expansion valve and the internal heat exchanger in the air-conditioning system form an internal refrigerating loop; the air-conditioning system exchanges heat with battery heat circulation through the first heat exchanger, the first heat exchanger forms an evaporator of air-conditioning heat pump circulation at the air-conditioning heat exchange end in the air-conditioning system, and the compressor, the in-vehicle heat exchanger, the expansion valve and the air-conditioning heat exchange end in the air-conditioning system form an in-vehicle heating loop. The heat pump air conditioner solves the problem that a heat radiator of the heat pump air conditioner is too large in size. Through specific arrangement of an air-conditioning circulation pipeline, air-conditioning refrigeration of the passenger compartment can be achieved, and the battery is cooled through a heat exchanger connected with battery heat circulation by means of air-conditioning refrigeration.

    本发明涉及一种混合动力车辆整车热管理系统及车辆,包括空调系统和电池热量循环,所述空调系统包括车外换热器和用于为车内制冷或制热的车内换热器,空调系统中压缩机、车外换热器、膨胀阀和车内换热器构成车内制冷回路,空调系统通过第一换热器与电池热量循环进行热量交换,第一换热器在空调系统中的空调换热端构成空调热泵循环的蒸发器,空调系统中压缩机、车内换热器、膨胀阀、空调换热端构成车内制热回路。本发明解决了热泵空调的散热器尺寸过大的问题。通过具体的空调循环管路设置,还能够实现乘客舱空调制冷,以及利用空调制冷,通过与电池热量循环相连的换热器给电池降温。
