The AGV power wheel structure comprises a fixed shaft, and the two ends of the fixed shaft are each connected with a hub through a set of outer rotor driving planetary speed reducing mechanism; the structure of the outer rotor driving planetary speed reducing mechanism comprises a stator, a rotor, a sun gear, a planetary gear, a planetary plate and a gear ring. The stator is tightly matched with the fixed shaft, and the rotor is tightly matched with the primary sun gear in the axial direction. The sun gear is in meshed connection with the same-stage planetary gear, each stage of planetary plate is used for mounting a gear shaft of the same-stage planetary gear, and the previous stage of planetary plate is in close fit with the next stage of sun gear for synchronous transmission connection; each stage of planetary gear is meshed with a tooth part on the inner wall of the gear ring; the outer wall of the gear ring is tightly matched with the inner wall of the hub; the last-stage planetary plate is tightly matched with the fixed shaft; the two ends of each hub are matched with the last-stage planetary plate and the bearing support through supporting bearings respectively. The outer rotor motor drives the gear ring to drive the hub to work, the diameter of the wheel is reduced, and the stress balance of a vehicle body is improved.
本发明涉及一种外转子电机驱动的AGV动力车轮结构,包括固定轴,固定轴两端分别通过一组外转子驱动行星减速机构连接一轮毂;外转子驱动行星减速机构的结构包括:定子、转子、太阳轮、行星齿轮、行星盘、齿圈;定子与固定轴紧配合,转子与初级太阳轮沿轴向紧配合;太阳轮和同级行星齿轮啮合连接,各级行星盘用于安装同级行星齿轮的轮轴,前一级行星盘与后一级太阳轮紧配合,以同步传动连接;各级行星齿轮与齿圈内壁的齿部啮合连接,齿圈外壁与轮毂内壁紧配合;末级行星盘与固定轴紧配合;每个轮毂的两端分别通过支撑轴承与末级行星盘、以及轴承支架配合。本发明的外转子电机驱动齿圈带动轮毂工作,减小了车轮直径、提高了车体受力的均衡性。
