The invention discloses a foldable super-lifting device which comprises a super-lifting arm frame, a super-lifting support and a super-lifting winch, the super-lifting support and the super-lifting winch are arranged at the two ends of the super-lifting arm frame, the super-lifting arm frame comprises a fixed arm frame connected with the super-lifting support and a foldable arm frame connected with the super-lifting winch, and the foldable arm frame is connected with the fixed arm frame through a rotating shaft. Length adjustment of the superlift boom is achieved through unfolding and folding. The invention further discloses a crane comprising the foldable superlift device, a multi-angle tensioning control system and a multi-angle tensioning control method. According to the method, the foldable superlift can be guided to be tensioned before hoisting operation, different two-stage unfolding schemes are adopted in combination with the arm length and combination of the main arm, and the relation between the superlift length and the length of the arm frame and between the unfolding angle and the length of the arm frame is optimized, so that the stress state of the arm frame can be improved to the maximum extent, the strength and rigidity of the arm frame are improved, and the product performance is improved.

    本发明公开了一种可折叠超起装置,超起装置包括超起臂架及设于其两端的超起支座和超起卷扬,所述超起臂架包括与超起支架连接的固定臂架及与超起卷扬连接的折叠臂架,所述折叠臂架与固定臂架通过转轴连接,通过展开和折叠实现超起臂架的长度调节,还公开了包括上述可折叠超起装置的起重机、多角度张紧控制系统及方法。本发明可指导可折叠超起在吊重作业前进行张紧,并结合主臂臂长与组合采用不同的两级展开方案,优化超起长度和展开角与臂架长度的关系,使其能最大程度的改善臂架的受力状态,提高臂架强度和刚度,提升产品性能。
