本发明提供了一种有源相控阵天线温控装置及卫星,基于有源相控阵天线对地面电气板采用纸蜂窝夹层结构,并在散热面上粘贴聚酰亚胺镀锗膜保证吸发比,保证在高功率设备群发热后具备散热效果,由于纸蜂窝极低的导热系数,待设备关机后,兼具保温功能,大幅减少热控补偿加热器的使用。通过该结构,能在高温时散热、低温时保温,有效解决天线控温问题。本发明解决了有源相控阵天线散热与保温问题,同时适应不同外热流条件下的温度需求,具有高适应性、可靠性好、设计灵活的特点。
