The invention discloses a vehicle actuator parameter determination method and device.The method comprises the steps that a first vehicle actuator model of a vehicle is established on the basis of a motor driving mode of the vehicle and an air brake braking mode of an EBS, and the first vehicle actuator model comprises adjusting variable parameters; on the basis of the current running state of the vehicle, the adjusting variable parameters are recognized online, and an adjusting variable online recognition result is obtained; updating the first vehicle actuator model into a second vehicle actuator model according to the adjustment variable online identification result; and according to the second vehicle actuator model, the current running state of the vehicle is adapted. According to the self-adaptive vehicle actuator provided by the invention, the parameters of the vehicle actuator determined through online identification are more suitable for vehicles adopting an EBS electronic braking system for air braking and vehicles with loads easy to change. The invention can be used for commercial vehicles.
