The invention discloses an active rail grabbing type train derailing prevention device which comprises a mounting base, a swing arm, a linear telescopic device, a connecting column, a clamping mechanism and a locking mechanism. The mounting seat is detachably fixed on a bottom plate of a side beam of a bogie of the rail train; the upper end of the linear telescopic device is detachably fixed to the bottom plate, and the lower end of the linear telescopic device is hinged to the middle of the swing arm. The top of the connecting column is hinged to the bottom of the swing arm. The top of the clamping mechanism is fixed at the bottom of the connecting column; the locking mechanism is connected in the inner cavity of the clamping mechanism, and the upper end is connected with the bottom surface of the connecting column; when the linear telescopic device telescopically moves to enable the top of the swing arm to swing around the hinged position of the swing arm and the mounting base, the connecting column drives the clamping mechanism to open and close and drives a locking execution component of the locking mechanism to ascend and descend. In the initial state, the device is located above the track, and operation is not affected. When derailing is about to occur, the two sides and the top face of the upper wing plate of the rail are buckled through the clamping arms and the locking execution component at the same time, and the derailing phenomenon is avoided.
本发明公开了一种主动抓轨型列车防脱轨装置,包括安装座、摆臂、直线伸缩装置、连接柱、夹持机构和锁定机构;安装座可拆卸固定于轨道列车转向架侧梁底板上;摇臂顶部与安装座铰接,直线伸缩装置上端可拆卸固定于底板上,下端与摆臂中部铰接;连接柱顶部与摆臂底部铰接;夹持机构为对夹式机构,顶部固定于连接柱底部;锁定机构连接于夹持机构内腔中,上端与连接柱底面连接;直线伸缩装置伸缩运动使摆臂顶部绕其与安装座的铰接处摆动时,连接柱带动夹持机构开合及锁定机构的锁定执行构件升降。初始状态时,本装置位于轨道上方,不影响运行。即将发生脱轨时,同时通过夹持臂和锁定执行构件将轨道的上翼板两侧和顶面扣住,避免脱轨现象的发生。
