The invention discloses a movable external hanging device of a tilting rotorcraft, and relates to the technical field of tilting rotorcrafts, the movable external hanging device comprises a movable hanging point structure, a first traction rope, a second traction rope and an adjusting structure, the movable hanging point structure is used for hanging a hanging object, and the movable hanging point structure is in sliding connection with a sliding rail on a wing; the adjusting structures are located on wings, one end of the first traction rope and one end of the second traction rope are connected with the two ends of the movable lifting point structure correspondingly, and the length of the first traction rope and the length of the second traction rope are adjusted through the adjusting structures correspondingly. By adjusting the length of the first traction rope and the length of the second traction rope, the position of the movable lifting point structure is changed. According to the movable external hanging device of the tilt rotorcraft, the torque loading condition of the wings when the tilt rotorcraft is in different transition states can be optimized.
