The invention relates to a wind power optimization scheduling method considering combination of electric hydrogen production and electric vehicle charging, which constructs an electric hydrogen production value operator and a vehicle charging value operator to evaluate an existing scheme, and further constructs a wind power scheduling prediction model based on wind power output power and evaluation. And outputting a wind power optimization scheduling result through the wind power scheduling prediction model. According to the method, a mode of a better wind power optimization scheduling result in the existing scheme can be found only based on historical data records, so that electric hydrogen production and electric vehicle charging are combined to fully utilize wind power resources, and the goals of better utilization of the wind power resources, energy conservation and environmental protection are achieved.
本发明涉及一种考虑电制氢与电动汽车充电结合的风电优化调度方法,构造了电制氢价值算子和汽车充电价值算子对已有方案进行评价,进而基于风电输出功率和评价构建了风电调度预测模型,通过风电调度预测模型输出风电优化调度结果。本发明可以仅基于历史数据记录发现已有方案中较好的风电优化调度结果的模式,形成电制氢与电动汽车充电相结合充分的利用风电资源,达到较好的利用风力资源且节能环保的目标。
