The invention relates to a flight test device of an aircraft. The device comprises a supporting frame, and a rotating supporting part is arranged at the top of the supporting frame; the balance arm comprises a first end, a second end and a rotary connecting part arranged between the first end and the second end, the rotary connecting part is rotatably installed on the rotary supporting part, the two ends, in the length direction, of the balance arm can move around the supporting frame in the first direction and the second direction, and a first center distance exists between the first end and the rotary supporting part; a second center distance is formed between the second end and the rotary supporting part; the test frame is movably mounted at the first end of the balance arm; the bearing mechanism is installed at the top of the test frame, the bearing mechanism is used for bearing an aircraft to be tested, and the bearing mechanism can move along with the test machine in at least one degree of freedom; the torque adjusting device is installed at the second end of the balance arm and comprises at least one torque adjusting assembly. According to the scheme provided by the invention, various flight parameters of the aircraft in different flight modes can be tested.
