The lifting jack is fixed to the upper side of the variable gauge rescue vehicle chassis frame, the upper end of the lifting jack is connected with the lifting support device, and the lifting jack is used for driving the lifting support device to ascend to enable the faulted RGV wheels to break away from the surface of a running track. According to the invention, the high-rise stereoscopic warehouse can recover normal driving as soon as possible; the danger generated when the fault RGV is carried to the ground in a manual mode is avoided; the manpower and material resources for processing the fault RGV are saved, and the working time caused by the influence of the RGV fault is shortened.
