The bottom carrying ropes are used for bearing a to-be-installed pipeline and are arranged at intervals in the length direction of the moving beams, one moving beam is rotatably provided with a rope winding roller, one end of each bottom carrying rope is detachably provided with the other moving beam, and the other end of each bottom carrying rope is detachably installed on the rope winding roller; and the driving structure is used for driving the rope winding roller and is mounted on a moving beam. According to the underground pipeline carrying device, the problem that the requirement for the groove width of a mounting groove used for mounting an underground pipeline during construction of the underground pipeline carrying device is high is solved.
本发明公开了一种管道转运装置及其施工方法,包括:两支承梁,支承梁安装有移动式支腿,两支承梁的两端之间分别连接有长度可调的连系梁;两移动梁,支承梁开设有滑槽,移动梁连接有滑块,两移动梁的滑块分别滑设于两支承梁的滑槽中,两移动梁的两端之间分别连接有长度可调的支撑杆;用于承托待安装管道的多根兜底索,多根兜底索沿移动梁的长度方向间隔设置,一移动梁可转动地安装有卷索辊,兜底索的一端可拆卸地安装有另一移动梁,兜底索的另一端可拆卸地安装于卷索辊;用于驱动卷索辊的驱动结构,安装于一移动梁。本发明解决了地下管道搬运装置在施工时对用于安装地下管道的安装槽的槽宽有较高要求的问题。
