The invention discloses an inductance coil winding device and a using method thereof, and relates to the technical field of electrical elements, the inductance coil winding device comprises a supporting frame, a connecting assembly and a lifting frame, the lifting frame and the supporting frame are detachably connected through the connecting assembly, and the lifting frame and the supporting frame can rotate relatively. The lifting frame comprises a plurality of splicing blocks, and every two adjacent splicing blocks are detachably connected; a hoisting part and a limiting part for fixing the coil bracket are arranged at the peripheral edge of the hoisting frame, and the hoisting part and the limiting part are positioned on two opposite sides of the hoisting frame. The using method of the inductance coil winding device comprises the following steps that the supporting frame and the lifting frame are installed; fixing the coil bracket; winding a coil; and hoisting the coil. The problems that an integrated welding type winding tool is large in occupied area and high in manpower and transportation cost can be solved.
