When a rack is detected, a telescopic feeler lever is inserted into a tooth seam of the rack, and one end, close to a driving piston, of a pressing rod can be driven by a movable rod to continuously ascend and descend; in the ascending and descending process, air can be inflated into the air collecting pipe, the annular discs are driven to move upwards under the action of the passive piston, if the tooth breakage condition does not exist in the rack, namely the ascending heights of the annular discs are the same, the horizontal disc is kept in the horizontal state, and at the moment, light emitted by the laser transmitter is shielded by the shielding ball; if the laser receiver cannot receive the light, the condition that the multiple racks are not broken is indicated, and if one rack is broken, the light emitted by the laser emitter is not shielded by the shielding ball and is received by the laser receiver, that is, the rack is broken and needs to be maintained is indicated.

    本发明公开了一种电动变频齿轮齿条式升降系统用报警系统,属于齿轮齿条升降机技术领域,对齿条进行检测时,将伸缩触杆插在齿条的齿缝中,则压杆靠近主动活塞的一端即可通过活动杆带动不断的上升、下降,在上升、下降的过程中可向收气管充气,在被动活塞的作用下带动环形圆盘向上移动,若齿条不存在断齿的情况,即多个环形圆盘上升的高度是相同的,水平盘也就保持为水平状态,这时激光发射器发出的光线被遮挡球遮挡,激光接收器接收不到光线,表示多个齿条没有发生断齿的情况,若其中一个齿条断齿,则激光发射器发出的光线不被遮挡球遮挡并被激光接收器接收到,即表明有齿条发生了断齿,需要进行维修。
