The technical problem that an existing urban road planning method cannot carry out differentiated treatment on traffic congestion nodes is solved, and the technical effects that fine adjustment of traffic signals and dynamic widening of roads are achieved through congestion node frequency analysis, and the urban road load capacity and the traffic flow efficiency are improved are achieved.
