The invention discloses an unpowered seaborne sensing and communication integrated intelligent guarantee system which mainly comprises an unpowered sailboat, a buoy body, a sensing system moving up and down along an anchor chain and an anchoring device in the buoy body, the unpowered sailboat comprises a sail and a catamaran, and the sail and a ship engine are used for driving and controlling the whole system to sail to a designated sea area in a seaborne orbit determination mode. At the moment, the anchoring device is anchored, the sensing system is used for completing information collection of a preset area, then wind energy is used for automatically sailing to the next target sea area for collection, the system is provided with a battery, and the battery is connected with a solar panel and a solar film. According to the invention, maritime communication and sensing are integrated, free switching between a navigation state and an anchoring working state can be realized, a large number of solar panels and solar thin films are utilized to provide electric energy, energy self-sustaining is realized, and meanwhile, wind energy can be utilized to autonomously sail to a plurality of target sea areas to collect ocean in-situ information.
本发明公开一种无动力型海上感知通信一体化智能保障系统,主要包括无动力风帆船、浮标体、沿锚链上下的传感系统、浮标体内的锚定装置,无动力风帆船包括风帆和双体船,利用风帆和船机驱动控制整个系统在海上定轨航行至指定海域,此时锚定装置下锚,利用传感系统完成预定区域的信息采集后利用风能自主航行至下一个目标海域进行采集,本系统设有电池,该电池与通过太阳能板和太阳能薄膜连接。本发明集海上通信、感知于一体,可实现航行状态与锚定工作状态的自由切换,且本发明利用大量的太阳能板和太阳能薄膜提供电能,实现了能源自持,同时能够利用风能自主航行至多个目标海域对海洋原位信息进行采集。
