The output end of the driving mechanism is connected with one end of the flexible pivot, the other end of the flexible pivot is connected with one end of the rudder shaft through the magnetic coupler, and the other end of the rudder shaft is fixedly connected with the lower end of the rotating piece. The lower end of the fixed wing is fixedly connected to the steering engine rudder seat, one end of the limiting block is installed at the upper end of the fixed wing, and the other end of the limiting block is rotationally connected with the upper end of the rotating piece. And a wiring pipe is mounted on the limiting block. The flexible pivot can ensure that the rotating piece rotates by a certain angle under the action of external force and is not damaged, and the rotating piece recovers to the original state after the external force disappears.
