The fog dispelling fan is located on the lower side of the front of the unmanned aerial vehicle body; the fixing support is located outside the lower portion of the unmanned aerial vehicle body. The liquid nitrogen spraying tank is mounted on the fixed bracket and comprises a liquid flow controller and a spray head; and an automatic code is built in the microprocessor. The liquid nitrogen spraying amount is determined based on the distance between the unmanned aerial vehicle and the wall measured by the range finder and the physical characteristics of the wall, and the size of the wall area and the detection duration are determined based on the size and the distance of the wall area image collected by the camera. The device has the beneficial effects that the wall surface can be flexibly scanned and detected, the detection surface is large, the automation degree is high, the detection efficiency is greatly improved, and manpower and working hours are saved.
本发明公开一种基于无人机的液氮冷激励红外无损检测系统,包括检测系统、无人机主体,所述检测系统包括红外摄像机、测距仪、摄像头、驱雾风扇、固定支架、液氮喷洒罐、电源和微处理器;红外摄像机、测距仪和摄像头安装在无人机主体前面竖向中轴线上;驱雾风扇位于无人机主体前部偏下侧;固定支架位于无人机主体下部外侧;液氮喷洒灌安装在固定支架上,包括液体流量控制器和喷头;微处理器内置自动化编码。基于测距仪测得的无人机与墙面的距离及墙面物理特性确定液氮喷洒量,基于摄像头采集的墙面区域图像大小及距离确定墙面区域大小和检测时长。本发明的有益效果为:可以灵活扫描检测墙面,检测面大,自动化程度高,大幅提高检测效率,节约人工和工时。
