The invention provides a driving style recognition method and system based on electroencephalogram data, and belongs to the technical field of driving behavior modeling and mechanism research, electroencephalogram signals and driving behavior data in the driving process of a driver are collected, and the electroencephalogram signals are subjected to noise reduction and artifact removal preprocessing. Performing time-frequency domain analysis on the electroencephalogram signals by using wavelet transform, and obtaining electroencephalogram characteristics by using an information entropy theory and a convolutional neural network; and using a fuzzy C-means clustering algorithm to extract driving situation perception and behavior characteristics. A driver'perception-cognition 'corpus, a'cognition-behavior' corpus and a'perception-cognition-behavior 'corpus are established, and a semantic unit is obtained. And obtaining driver cognitive mode theme distribution and driving behavior mode theme distribution by using an LDA theme model, and identifying the driver style. According to the invention, by analyzing the correlation coupling among the perception information, electroencephalogram characteristics and reaction behaviors of the driver, the cognitive and driving behavior mode of the driver is mined, and the driving style of the driver is identified.

    本发明提供基于脑电数据的驾驶风格识别方法及系统,属于驾驶行为建模及机理研究技术领域,采集驾驶员驾驶过程中的脑电信号和驾驶行为数据,并对脑电信号进行降噪、伪迹去除预处理。使用小波变换对脑电信号进行时频域分析,并利用信息熵理论、卷积神经网络获得脑电特征。使用模糊C均值聚类算法提取驾驶情境感知及行为特征。建立驾驶员“感知‑认知”语料库、“认知‑行为”语料库以及“感知‑认知‑行为”语料库,获得语义单元。使用LDA主题模型获得驾驶员认知模式主题分布与驾驶行为模式主题分布,对驾驶员风格进行识别。本发明通过分析驾驶员的感知信息、脑电特征以及反应行为间的关联耦合,挖掘驾驶员认知与驾驶行为模式,识别驾驶员驾驶风格。
