The invention discloses a composite undercarriage for a vertical take-off and landing aircraft and a forming method of the composite undercarriage. The method comprises the steps that S1, according to the structural shape of the undercarriage, a metal frame 1 of a hollow structure is manufactured through 3D printing profiling; cleaning the surface of the metal frame for later use; s2, openings in the two ends of the metal frame are sealed, and composite prepreg is laid on the surface of the metal frame; meanwhile, cold-drawing pre-compaction and hot pre-compaction are carried out in the paving process of the composite prepreg; s3, after the composite prepreg is completely paved, vacuumizing and compacting, and meanwhile, putting the composite prepreg into an autoclave for curing; and S4, after curing, materials used for compaction are removed, the sealing materials at the two ends of the metal frame are removed, a plurality of connecting holes used for being connected with an aircraft fuselage are machined in one end, and the composite undercarriage is obtained. According to the forming method, the internal metal frame and the external composite material part of the special-shaped structure are integrally formed, the assembling risk is reduced, and the assembling difficulty is lowered.

    本发明公开一种用于垂直起降式飞行器的复合材料起落架及其成型方法;方法包括:S1、根据起落架的结构形状,通过3D打印仿形制作中空结构的金属框架1;清理金属框架表面,待用;S2、将金属框架的两端开口密封,在金属框架的表面铺贴复合材料预浸料;同时在复合材料预浸料的铺贴过程中进行冷抽预压实和热预压实;S3、复合材料预浸料全部铺贴完成后,抽真空压实,同时进入热压罐中进行固化;S4、固化后,去除压实所用的材料、去除金属框架两端的密封材料并在一端加工出若干用于与飞行器机身连接的连接孔,得到复合材料起落架。本发明提供的成型方法采用内部金属框架和外部异形结构的复合材料零件一体成型,减少了装配的风险,降低装配难度。
