Whether the vehicle is in a power-on state or not is judged, and if yes, a passenger compartment refrigerant valve is kept in the previous state; judging whether the vehicle is in an A/C OFF or system OFF state or not; if not, whether communication of the air conditioning system is normal or not is judged; if not, a passenger compartment refrigerant valve is closed, and if yes, whether the battery pack has a refrigeration mark or not is judged; if not, throttling a refrigerant valve of the passenger compartment, and if yes, judging whether the passenger compartment has a refrigeration load or not; if not, a passenger compartment refrigerant valve is closed, and if yes, the evaporation temperature is judged; if the evaporation temperature is between the passenger compartment refrigerant valve closing evaporation temperature and the passenger compartment refrigerant valve opening evaporation temperature, otherwise, the passenger compartment refrigerant valve is throttled. Decoupling of the passenger compartment side and the battery pack side is achieved, and accuracy, safety and stability of temperature control of the passenger compartment are guaranteed.

    本发明涉及车辆控制技术领域,具体涉及一种乘员舱制冷控制方法。判断车辆是否处于上电状态,若是,乘员舱冷媒阀保持前次状态;判断车辆是否处于A/C OFF或系统OFF状态;若否,则判断空调系统通信是否正常;若否,则乘员舱冷媒阀关闭,若是,则判断电池包是否有制冷标志;若否,则乘员舱冷媒阀节流,若是,则判断乘员舱是否有制冷负荷;若否,则乘员舱冷媒阀关闭,若是,则对蒸发温度进行判断;若蒸发温度处于乘员舱冷媒阀关阀蒸发温度与乘员舱冷媒阀开阀蒸发温度之间,反之,则乘员舱冷媒阀节流。实现了乘员舱侧与电池包侧解耦,保证了乘员舱温度控制的精度、安全性、及稳定性。
