The invention discloses a train manual driving data acquisition and processing system. The system host performs data fusion, processing and analysis on current and voltage of a traction motor, rotating speed of a diesel engine, train speed, train position, train pipe pressure, locomotive brake cylinder pressure, balanced air cylinder pressure, positions of a direction handle and a control handle, and positions of handles of an automatic brake valve and an independent brake valve so as to form an excellent driver driving model. The system has the technical advantages that information in the train manual driving process is collected more comprehensively; the driver controller state acquisition circuit not only can ensure high real-time performance of driver control data acquisition, but also does not influence normal work of a locomotive control system; by comparing timestamps and using a position fusion calculation algorithm, all collected information is subjected to data fusion, processing and analysis, and a solid foundation is provided for research of an automatic driving key control algorithm.

    本发明的列车人工驾驶数据采集处理系统,系统主机将牵引电动机电流、电压、柴油机转速、列车速度、列车位置、列车管压力、机车制动缸压力、均衡风缸压力、方向手柄和控制手柄的位置、自动制动阀和单独制动阀手柄的位置进行数据融合、处理分析,以形成优秀司机驾驶模型。本发明的技术优势是:对列车人工驾驶过程中的信息的采集更加全面;司控器状态采集电路既可以保证司机操纵数据采集的高实时性,又不影响机车控制系统的正常工作;通过比对时间戳、使用位置融合计算算法,对采集的所有信息进行数据融合、处理分析,为自动驾驶关键控制算法研究提供坚实的基础。
