The invention discloses a novel bionic tail structure which comprises a tail body, a machine body and a gravity center shifting device. The gravity center shifting device is arranged on the fuselage; the tail main body comprises a tail driving device and a tail actuator; the tail driving device comprises a tail mounting frame, a first driving mechanism for driving the tail actuator to change forms and a second driving mechanism for driving the tail actuator to swing; the tail mounting frame is arranged at the tail of the fuselage; and the first driving mechanism and the second driving mechanism are both arranged on the tail mounting frame. The robot is compact in overall structure, free, flexible and good in flexibility, and the robot can be effectively supported to complete wall surface transition or obstacle crossing by being matched with a gravity center shifting device.
