The invention discloses a new energy automobile power supply safety detection method, and relates to the technical field of power supply safety detection.According to the method, the detection process is more real-time and dynamic by collecting multi-dimensional information inside and outside an automobile, feature screening is conducted through a random forest model, sorting is conducted through importance indexes of features, and the features ranked in the top are selected; the feature selection effect is improved, the battery application scene is simulated through the model, the XGBoost model is used for traditional machine learning prediction, the RF model is used for time sequence prediction, the prediction accuracy and precision are improved, a traditional machine learning prediction result and a time sequence prediction result are integrated, and the prediction accuracy and precision are improved. The prediction precision and stability are further improved, a more reliable prediction result is provided by combining prediction results of different models, evaluation is performed according to an actual prediction result, the contribution degree of the model to the prediction result is explained by using an SHAP value method, and the interpretability and the credibility are enhanced.

    本发明公开了一种新能源汽车电源安全检测方法,涉及电源安全检测技术领域,本发明通过采集汽车内外多维度信息,使得检测过程更加实时和动态,采用随机森林模型进行特征筛选,通过特征的重要性指标进行排序,选取排名靠前的特征,提高了特征选择的效果,通过模型对电池应用场景进行模拟,采用XGBoost模型进行传统机器学习预测,使用RF模型进行时间序列预测,提高了预测的准确性和精度,再将传统机器学习预测结果和时间序列预测结果进行集成,进一步提高预测精度和稳定性,结合不同模型的预测结果,提供更可靠的预测结果,根据实际预测结果进行评估,使用SHAP值法解释模型对预测结果的贡献程度,增强可解释性和信任度。
