The invention discloses a forklift climbing energy grading and sectional type intelligent control method and system, and aims to solve the problem of energy waste caused by the adoption of climbing torque and current in the flat ground operation acceleration process of a forklift with climbing capacity in the prior art. Comprising the steps that a plurality of weight poles are divided according to the proportion of forklift loads to forklift standard loads from low to high, the gradient where a forklift is located is divided into a plurality of working conditions from small to large, a forklift starting parameter algorithm of each working condition under each weight pole is constructed, a current value under the rotating speed of a forklift starting motor is obtained, and a current rotating speed curve under each working condition is constructed; and the forklift climbing current is controlled according to the current rotating speed curve. Forklift operation conditions are distinguished, a control curve is set according to actual operation conditions of different working conditions, current output can be adjusted in real time according to the rotating speed under the single working condition, and energy consumption of the single working condition is reduced; and the ramp is subdivided into various working conditions, so that the starting energy consumption of the forklift is further finely managed.

    本发明公开了一种叉车爬坡能量分级分段式智能控制方法及系统,为了解决现有技术的具有爬坡能力的叉车平地运行加速过程中采用爬坡扭矩和电流导致能量浪费的问题,包括:根据叉车载荷占叉车标准载荷的比例从低到高分为若干重量极,对叉车所处的坡度从小到大分为若干工况,构建各个重量极下各个工况的叉车起步参数算法,获取叉车起步电机转速下的电流值并构建各个工况下的电流转速曲线,根据电流转速曲线控制叉车爬坡电流。区分叉车运行工况,针对不同工况的实际运行状况设定控制曲线,能够在单一工况下实时根据转速实时调整电流输出,降低单一工况的能耗;并将坡道细分为多种工况,进一步精细化管理叉车起步能耗。
