The present disclosure provides'delayed biometric authorization '. Upon determining that a first user of an object is authorized via first biometric data, an object component is controlled based on user data of the first user. Access to the object by a second user is permitted based on detecting the presence of the second user within a predetermined time during which the absence of the first user is detected. A user state of the second user is then determined via second biometric data upon determining that the delay parameter is satisfied. The user state is one of authorized or unauthorized. The target member is controlled based on a user state of the second user.
