The invention discloses a carbon fiber anti-bulge hollow pipe which comprises a UD carbon fiber cloth layer, a resin-impregnated glass fiber felt layer, a glass fiber surface felt layer and a 3K carbon fiber shell which are sequentially coated from inside to outside, a plurality of UD carbon fiber cloth layers are arranged in a stacked mode, the UD carbon fiber cloth layers are coated with the resin-impregnated glass fiber mat layers in a stacked mode, the resin-impregnated glass fiber mat layers are wrapped with the glass fiber surface mat layers in a wound mode, and the 3K carbon fiber shell comprises a first shell body and a second shell body which are spliced with each other. The glass fiber mat layer impregnated with the resin and the glass fiber surface mat layer can play a role in guiding air, so that internal air is discharged out of the 3K carbon fiber shell through the air guiding effect of the glass fiber mat layer impregnated with the resin and the glass fiber surface mat layer, and air is prevented from being stored between the UD carbon fiber cloth layer and the 3K carbon fiber shell; and the composite material can be well combined with the UD carbon fiber cloth layer and the 3K carbon fiber shell without influencing the structural strength of the UD carbon fiber cloth layer and the 3K carbon fiber shell.
本发明公开一种碳纤维防鼓包中空管材,包括自内而外依次包覆的UD碳纤布层、浸渍树脂的玻璃纤维毡层、玻璃纤维表面毡层、3K碳纤外壳;所述UD碳纤布层为叠设布置的若干层,所述浸渍树脂的玻璃纤维毡层叠贴包覆于UD碳纤布层外,所述玻璃纤维表面毡层缠绕包覆于浸渍树脂的玻璃纤维毡层外,所述3K碳纤外壳包括相互拼接的第一外壳体和第二外壳体。浸渍树脂的玻璃纤维毡层和玻璃纤维表面毡层均可以起到导气的作用,使得内部的气体经浸渍树脂的玻璃纤维毡层和玻璃纤维表面毡层的导气作用排出3K碳纤外壳外,从而避免UD碳纤布层和3K碳纤外壳之间存气,并能很好地与UD碳纤布层和3K碳纤外壳结合,不会影响UD碳纤布层和3K碳纤外壳的结构强度。
