The invention discloses a hybrid power thermal management system fault diagnosis method and device, and belongs to the technical field of power system fault diagnosis. The system comprises an upper computer PC, a hybrid power assembly, a vehicle-mounted communication device lower computer VCU, a to-be-tested signal acquisition module, a fault diagnosis module, a signal processing module and a fault-tolerant control module. According to the method, the characteristic signals of the engine, the battery and the motor in the hybrid power system are selected to establish the comprehensive evaluation index of the cooling capacity of the thermal management system, and when the hybrid power thermal management system breaks down, the comprehensive evaluation index is calculated by obtaining the characteristic signals and conducting normalization processing on the characteristic signals; and diagnosing the fault of the hybrid power thermal management system according to the degree of deviation of the comprehensive evaluation index from the normal value after the fault. The power proportions of different power sources of the hybrid power system are redistributed through a momentum gradient descent method, and the advantages of multiple power sources of the hybrid power system are exerted, so that the hybrid power thermal management system can operate with faults in a fault-tolerant control range.

    本发明公开的一种混合动力热管理系统故障诊断方法及装置,属于动力系统故障诊断技术领域。本发明包括上位机PC、混合动力总成、车载通信装置下位机VCU、待测信号获取模块、故障诊断模块、信号处理模块、容错控制模块。本发明选取混合动力系统中发动机、电池和电机的特征信号建立热管理系统冷却能力的综合评价指标,当混合动力热管理系统出现故障,通过获取特征信号并对其进行归一化处理,计算综合评价指标,根据故障后综合评价指标偏离正常值的程度,诊断出混合动力热管理系统故障。通过动量梯度下降法重新分配混合动力系统不同动力源的功率占比,发挥混合动力系统多动力源的优势,使得混合动力热管理系统在容错控制范围内能够带故障运行。
