The invention provides a reinforcing steel bar component lifting appliance with an adjustable gravity center and a using method. The reinforcing steel bar component lifting appliance comprises a main bearing frame, an adjustable frame with the adjustable gravity center is arranged in the middle of the main bearing frame, the adjustable frame is movably connected with the main bearing frame, and a locking mechanism is arranged between the adjustable frame and the main bearing frame; a fixed beam is fixedly arranged in the middle of the main bearing frame; the bottom peripheral side of the fixed beam is connected with a steel bar component through steel wire ropes and turn buckles; a plurality of movable beams capable of sliding are arranged on the peripheral side of the main bearing frame, and locking mechanisms are arranged between the two sides of the movable beams and the main bearing frame; a plurality of slidable movable lifting lugs are arranged on the movable beam, a locking mechanism is arranged between the movable lifting lugs and the movable beam, and the movable lifting lugs are connected with a steel bar component through steel wire ropes and turn buckles. The method is wide in application range, can meet the hoisting of all steel bar components, is high in assembly process, reduces the manufacturing cost, shortens the manufacturing period, improves the mounting efficiency, and reduces the mechanical investment.

    本发明提供了一种重心可调的钢筋部品吊具及使用方法,包括主承重框架,主承重框架中部设有重心调节的可调框架,可调框架与主承重框架活动连接,可调框架与主承重框架之间设有锁紧机构;主承重框架中部固设有固定梁,固定梁底部周侧通过钢丝绳和花篮螺栓与钢筋部品连接;主承重框架周侧设有多个可滑动的活动梁,活动梁两侧与主承重框架之间设有锁紧机构;活动梁上设有多个可滑动的活动吊耳,活动吊耳与活动梁之间设有锁紧机构,活动吊耳通过钢丝绳和花篮螺栓与钢筋部品连接。本发明适用范围广,能够满足所有钢筋部品的吊装,装配化程高,降低了制造成本和制作工期,提高了安装效率,降低了机械投入。
