The invention relates to a novel grab bucket which comprises lifting lugs, a mechanical iris mechanism, a hydraulic cylinder, a fixed seat, claw petals, claw tips, a pin shaft and a swing cylinder. The mechanical iris mechanism is composed of a base, a grooved wheel and a sliding block. And the upper part and the lower part of the fixed seat are provided with flange structures which are connected with the base through bolts. Output shafts at the two ends of the swing cylinder penetrate through middle holes of bases of the upper mechanical iris mechanism and the lower mechanical iris mechanism respectively and are fixedly connected with center holes of the grooved wheels through flat keys. Through holes are formed in the upper parts of the claw petals and are connected with the hydraulic cylinder and a base of the lower mechanical iris mechanism through pin shafts; and the claw petals are connected with the claw tips through screws. The rotation of the output shaft of the swing cylinder can force the sliding block of the mechanical iris mechanism to extend or retract, so that the maximum size of the grab bucket for lifting materials is adjustable in two gears. According to the novel grab bucket, a mechanical iris mechanism is applied to a grab bucket structure, the expansion angle of the grab bucket can be adjusted according to the size of materials through gear adjustment, the multi-size adaptability of the grab bucket is improved, and the field working efficiency is improved.
本发明涉及一种新型抓斗,包括吊耳、机械虹膜机构、液压缸、固定座、爪瓣、爪尖、销轴、摆动缸。机械虹膜机构由基座,槽轮及滑块组成;固定座的上部与下部有法兰结构与所述基座通过螺栓连接。所述摆动缸的两端的输出轴分别穿过上、下机械虹膜机构的基座中间孔,并用平键与槽轮中心孔固定连接。所述爪瓣的上部设有通孔与液压缸及下部机械虹膜机构的基座用销轴连接;爪瓣与所述爪尖用螺钉连接。摆动缸输出轴转动可迫使机械虹膜机构的滑块伸出或缩回,实现抓斗提升物料最大尺寸两档可调。新型抓斗将机械虹膜机构应用到抓斗结构中,通过档位调节,使得抓斗能够根据物料尺寸,调节抓斗扩张的角度,提升了抓斗多尺寸适应性,提高现场工作效率。
