The invention relates to the technical field of fan blade inspection, in particular to an intelligent inspection method for fan blades, which comprises the following steps: step 1, acquiring data information of a to-be-inspected fan, and determining inspection time; 2, determining the take-off position of the unmanned aerial vehicle according to the blade orientation of the to-be-inspected fan, and inspecting the state of the unmanned aerial vehicle; 3, detecting the to-be-inspected fan, establishing a model of the to-be-inspected fan, and determining an inspection path; 4, performing automatic inspection on the to-be-inspected fan according to the inspection path, and monitoring the inspection process by using a remote control device; 5, uploading the data information acquired by inspection to a cloud data platform, and analyzing the health state of the wind power blade; based on automatic inspection of the unmanned aerial vehicle and in combination with data information of an existing system in the wind power plant, the shutdown overhaul time of the fan is shortened, and the power generation efficiency of the fan is improved; the health state of the blade is judged in time, defects are found and solved in time, and the service life of the blade is prolonged.

    本发明涉及风机叶片巡检技术领域,更具体的说是涉及一种针对风机叶片的智能巡检方法,包括:步骤1,获取待巡检风机的数据信息,确定巡检时间;步骤2,根据待巡检风机的叶片朝向,确定无人机的起飞位置,并检查无人机状态;步骤3,对待巡检风机进行检测,建立待巡检风机的模型,确定巡检路径;步骤4,根据巡检路径对待巡检风机进行自动巡检,使用遥控装置对巡检过程进行监控;步骤5,将巡检采集的数据信息上传至云端数据平台,对风电叶片的健康状态进行分析;基于无人机自动巡检,结合风电厂内现有系统的数据信息,减少了风机停机检修的时间,提高了风机的产电效率;及时对叶片健康状态进行判断,发现缺陷及时解决,提高叶片的使用寿命。
