And sending a control instruction to the system through RS422 serial port communication, wherein the control instruction comprises scanning motion control, stopping motion control and motor output shaft position identification by combining a Hall zero signal. Overall scheme design is given, hardware circuits including a minimum system, a drive circuit, a power conversion circuit, a Hall zero identification circuit and an RS422 communication circuit are designed, and software design such as a control system main program is given. According to the system and the method, the stable driving control of the satellite-borne solar wing can be realized, and the effectiveness of the design technical scheme is proved by a test result. At present, a solar wing driving control scheme has been successfully applied to various types of satellites in Jilin No.1 constellations.
本发明提出一种星载太阳翼的驱动控制系统、方法及电子设备和介质。该系统及方法以两相四线步进电机作为太阳翼驱动源,基于DSP芯片TMS320F28335和DRV8885PWP步进电机驱动芯片设计。通过RS422串口通信向系统发出控制指令,包括扫描运动控制、停止运动控制,结合霍尔零位信号进行电机输出轴位置识别。给出总体方案设计,设计了包括最小系统、驱动电路、电源转换电路、霍尔零位识别电路、RS422通信电路硬件电路,给出了控制系统主程序等软件设计。本发明所述系统及方法能够实现星载太阳翼的稳定驱动控制,试验结果证明了设计技术方案的有效性。目前太阳翼驱动控制方案已成功应用于吉林一号星座各型号卫星。
