The invention relates to high-temperature-resistant sound-absorbing cotton for automobiles and a preparation method thereof.The high-temperature-resistant sound-absorbing cotton for automobiles is of a three-layer structure, the upper layer and the lower layer are mixed fibers of glass fibers, high-temperature-resistant low-melting-point polyester fibers and conventional polyester fibers, and the middle layer is mixed fibers of the high-temperature-resistant low-melting-point polyester fibers and the conventional polyester fibers; the weight part ratio of the glass fibers to the high-temperature-resistant low-melting-point polyester fibers to the conventional polyester fibers in the upper layer or the lower layer is (45-55): (15-20): (45-50), and the weight part ratio of the high-temperature-resistant low-melting-point polyester fibers to the conventional polyester fibers in the middle layer is (15-20): (80-85); the preparation method comprises the following steps: respectively carding the used materials of the upper layer, the middle layer and the lower layer, then flatly paving the used materials of the upper layer, the middle layer and the lower layer layer by layer, and carrying out compression molding to obtain the high-temperature-resistant sound-absorbing cotton for the automobile. The polyester low-melting-point fibers are adopted as the bonding material of the high-temperature-resistant sound-absorbing cotton for the automobile, and the prepared high-temperature-resistant sound-absorbing cotton is excellent in sound-absorbing effect and good in breaking strength retention rate at high temperature.

    本发明涉及一种汽车用耐高温吸音棉及其制备方法,汽车用耐高温吸音棉由三层结构组成,上、下层为玻璃纤维、耐高温低熔点聚酯纤维和常规聚酯纤维三者的混合纤维,中间层为耐高温低熔点聚酯纤维和常规聚酯纤维二者的混合纤维;上层或下层中玻璃纤维、耐高温低熔点聚酯纤维和常规聚酯纤维的重量份数比为45~55:15~20:45~50,中间层中耐高温低熔点聚酯纤维和常规聚酯纤维的重量份数比为15~20:80~85;制备方法为:分别梳理上层、中间层和下层使用材料,然后将上层、中间层和下层使用材料逐层铺平后一起模压成型制得汽车用耐高温吸音棉。本发明采用聚酯类低熔点纤维作为汽车用耐高温吸音棉的粘接材料,制得的耐高温吸音棉吸音效果优异,且高温下的断裂强度保持率较好。
