The invention relates to the technical field of spraying machine operation, in particular to an air suspension control system and method of a high-ground-clearance self-propelled spraying machine. The air suspension control system comprises an air compressor, a pressure regulating valve, an air dryer, a regeneration air storage cylinder, a one-way valve, an air storage tank, a proportional electromagnetic valve, an air spring, a height sensor, a sensor module and a controller. The controller judges the working condition of the spraying machine and the current sprung mass through sensor signals, corresponding control strategies are started according to different working conditions, the opening degree of the proportional electromagnetic valve is adjusted, and therefore the height of an air spring of the spraying machine is changed, and the vehicle body height and the vehicle body posture of the spraying machine are adjusted. The air suspension of the high-ground-clearance self-propelled sprayer is controlled, stable operation of the sprayer under all working conditions is guaranteed, the phenomena of load imbalance and height instability are avoided, vibration of the sprayer is reduced, the spraying quality and precision of the sprayer are improved, and the requirements for running smoothness, handling stability and road friendliness of the sprayer are met.

    本发明喷雾机作业技术领域,尤其涉及一种高地隙自走式喷雾机的空气悬架控制系统及控制方法,所述空气悬架控制系统包括空气压缩机、调压阀、空气干燥器、再生储气筒、单向阀、储气罐、比例电磁阀、空气弹簧、高度传感器、传感器模块和控制器;控制器通过传感器信号判断喷雾机所处工况以及当前的簧载质量,根据工况的不同启用相应的控制策略,调整比例电磁阀开度,从而改变喷雾机空气弹簧高度,进而调整喷雾机的车身高度与车身姿态,实现了对高地隙喷自走式雾机空气悬架控制,保证喷雾机在全工况下平稳运行,避免出现负载不平衡、高度不稳定现象,减少喷雾机的振动,提高喷雾机喷药质量和精度,满足喷雾机行驶平顺性、操纵稳定性与道路友好性要求。
