The invention discloses an intelligent classified storage method for steel coils, which comprises the following steps of: dividing a finished product warehouse into four areas for storing the steel coils according to the grades of the steel coils, namely an area A (a qualified product area), an area B (a first-grade area outside an order), an area C (a second-grade area outside the order) and an area D (a waste area), and inputting coordinates of each area into an unmanned crown block system; after the steel coil is offline, the MES system sends a hoisting instruction and feeds back the grade of the steel coil to the unmanned crown block system; the unmanned crown block system judges a steel coil storage area according to the grade of the steel coil, and the system synchronously feeds back the position of an unoccupied saddle in the area; and the unmanned crown block system judges the position of the saddle closest to the stepping beam in the area, and synchronously sends an instruction to hoist the steel coil to the position. According to the method, the steel coil off-line hoisting storage efficiency can be improved, steel coil storage is more intelligent, the information checking efficiency is higher, the maintenance cost of a qualified product warehouse area is reduced, and the field environment cleanliness is improved.
本发明公开了一种钢卷智能分类存放的方法,根据钢卷等级将成品库分为四个区存放钢卷,A区(合格品区)、B区(订单外1级区)、C区(订单外2级区)、D区(废品区),并将各区坐标录入无人天车系统;钢卷下线后,由MES系统发出吊运指令,并将钢卷等级反馈给无人天车系统;无人天车系统根据钢卷等级判断钢卷存放区域,系统同步反馈该区域空余鞍座位置;无人天车系统判断该区域离步进梁最近的鞍座位置是哪个,同步发出指令将钢卷吊运至该位置。该方法可提高钢卷下线吊运存放效率,钢卷存放会更加智能,信息核对效率更高,减少合格品库区维护成本,并提高了现场环境整洁度。
