The invention discloses an anti-rollover device for a permanent magnetic direct-driven crane, which is characterized in that a movable support plate corresponding to the tail of the permanent magnetic direct-driven crane is arranged at the upper part of a frame, and one end of the movable support plate is connected with a rotating base and can horizontally rotate on the upper part surface of the frame along with the rotating base; a balancing weight which corresponds to the rotating base and can slide in the length direction of the movable supporting plate is arranged on the upper portion of the movable supporting plate, and a pushing mechanism for driving the balancing weight to slide is arranged between the balancing weight and the corresponding rotating base; in the lifting operation process of the permanent magnet direct-driven crane, the frame can be supported more stably and effectively, it can be guaranteed that the frame is stressed stably in the lifting operation process by monitoring and adjusting the balancing weight, and the possibility that a crane body is stressed unevenly and rolls over in the lifting operation process is greatly reduced.

    本发明公开了一种永磁直驱起重机防侧翻装置,车架上部设有与永磁直驱起重机尾部相对应的活动支板,活动支板的一端与转动底座相连接、且能够跟随转动底座在车架上部面进行水平转动,活动支板上部设有与转动底座相对应、且能够沿活动支板长度方向滑动的配重块,配重块与相对应的转动底座之间设有驱动配重块滑动的推送机构;本发明在永磁直驱起重机在吊运作业过程中,不仅可对车架进行更为稳固有效的支撑,而且还可通过实施监测调节配重块的方式,保证在吊运过程中车架受力稳定,大大降低了吊运作业过程中车体受力不均侧翻的可能性。
